RUTHERFORD FOOTBALL CLUB
2012 Registration
Will be held at MAITLAND CITY BOWLING CLUB
Sunday 29th January, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Tuesday 31st January, 3:30 pm – 5:30pm
Saturday 4th February, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Tuesday 7th February, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Sunday 12th February, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
This year registrations are to be completed online through myfootballclub.com.au.
There are three options:
- Register online, print your invoice, then attend one of the registration days to pay your fees.
- Attend one of the registration days, pay your fees and then register online later.
- If you don’t have computer access, attend one of the registration days and pay your fees. Access to computers for online registration will be available on the registration days, however, delays may be experienced if large numbers of players are registering online on the day. N.B. You will need to access your email to get your password once this has been generated so you may need to attend twice to complete the registration process this way.
Regardless of the method chosen you must complete:
- Rutherford Football Club Registration Form
- Medical Information Form
- Prohibited Employment Declaration Form (if you are registering a child under 18 or will be undertaking any volunteer work with the club)
If you do not (or are unable) to complete your registration online, it will be necessary for you to complete both the Rutherford Football Club Registration Form AND the Northern NSW Football Association Registration Form or Football Federation Registration Form (depending on whether you already have an FFA number).
